Terms of Service
These terms cover the Hiregrove website and the monthly plan descriptions shown here. This package is a static demo and does not itself create a payment contract.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Plans are monthly and include a 14-day trial. After the trial, a live subscription renews automatically until canceled, at the price shown before activation. A production billing flow must show the renewal date, amount, cancellation route, and applicable consumer rights.
Fair hiring and acceptable use
Hiregrove helps organize hiring. It does not make hiring decisions, and automated filtering that discriminates is prohibited. Customers may use pipelines, scheduling, careers pages, and structured scorecards for lawful recruiting, but must not use the product to create discriminatory exclusion systems.
Candidate information
Candidate data belongs to the hiring organization. The organization is responsible for lawful processing, access controls, retention, deletion, and responding to applicable data-subject requests. Product features should not be represented as legal advice or as a substitute for a hiring organization's compliance program.
Intellectual property
Hiregrove's supplied design, copy, brand, and assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules unless a separate license says otherwise. Customer content remains controlled by the customer, subject to the rights needed to provide an agreed production service.
Changes and termination
Features and prices may change with appropriate notice where required. Customers may cancel according to the governing subscription terms. Rules concerning fair hiring, privacy, intellectual property, lawful use, and unpaid amounts may continue after termination where appropriate.
Policy administration
These terms should be read with the Privacy, Cookies, Refunds, and Fair Hiring policies. If a production agreement conflicts with a summary on this static site, the signed agreement and mandatory law govern. Nothing on this site creates an employment relationship, guarantees a hiring outcome, or guarantees uninterrupted service. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, the permissions they grant to teammates, and the lawful configuration of any connected services. Keep account credentials private and notify the appropriate administrator if access is suspected to be compromised.
Customers should keep their own records of approvals, cancellations, and other material account actions. The site does not promise a particular employment result, candidate response, or business outcome.
